Today we waked up around 6.30 am. We served wake up tea in the tent by our staffs. Every day the staffs are providing us the different kind of Breakfast, lunch and dinner. We are feeling like home here in the high Himalaya. We are enjoying very much with food and service that our staff kindly provided to us.

On the way to Pangboche we luckily encountered with musk deer. Tendi first saw it and show us down the dense forest. Musk deer is a endanger spices. It is illegal to kill the wild animals in Khumbu area. And we also would like to aware the people not to kill animal

Following the trail to up to the old upper Pangboche we visited to the monastery there. The Pangboche Monastery is the oldest Monastery of Khumbu Region.

We continued our way to Sommare. We also saw the wild goat below Sommare. We had lunch and rest there for 1 hour. Today we didn’t have to climb more up down. We crossed small bridge at Chura. We saw new bridge is under construction at the same place for comfort access.
The team is fit and fine without any illness symptoms. We are drinking more tea and water to prevent AMS. We knew that water is a good source of oxygen in high elevation. We would also like to suggest to other trekkers to drink as much water as possible. We are now in Dingboche under our tent. We will spend one more night here to acclimatize.
