Lobuche; As significant elevation gain of 580 meters

Today’s trek was from Dingboche to Lobuche as significant elevation gain of 580 meters. The terrain was a steady climb but no extreme pitches; it was mostly a path of small rocks. A significant point on the trek was that the Everest climber’s memories you walk. Thick 2 stock stone structures with prayer flags into a small vary with hundred of various sizes of sketched stand memorial. The more famous have places. It is very emotional places.

The Sherpas were very attentive to the team because of the elevation jump. We went slow and always encouraged to drink, although we did as the Sherpas told us. By the end of the day, we were all experiencing mild altitude sickness. So we decided to take a rest day at Lobuche. All in all, the trek today was enjoyable.
