14th Nov, 2011 - Arrived in Kathmandu
Plane flights were all on time and we arrived in Kathmandu as scheduled. Wongchu met us in the visa line and we were officially in Nepal. Driving through Kathmandu was “better than a roller coaster” according to Cayla. We arrived at the Holy Himalaya Hotel and were greeted with fresh glasses of lychee juice and a sign welcoming us. Jesse loved seeing her name on a sign! That was it and all were asleep by 4:30 pm... No dinner and all we needed was sleep. |
