Guided by a legionary guide who has been on the Everest summit and his professional crew of mountaineers from the sherpa. We learned from the sherpa that they are traditionally named by days of week. We were very happy to find out that our guides name is Mingmar meaning Tusday and our crew dawa (Monday) and Nima(Sunday) We are also escorted by three very strong porters Chhiri,Gelje, and Phuri that carry all we need and move
Today we walked up the steepest and longest climb of our trip, the climb started at 2600m and ended up at Namche Bazar at 3420m, a 800m climb!!! During the climb we walked along side the Dudhkoshi River which means the milk river. As we walk we crossed a couple of bridges that where hung at dazzling highs and where more than a 100m long.
At the end of our climb we all arrived to our warm and Khumbu lodge tired out happy.
