Running of the Sherpas…

Pemba, Kame and I were up early this morning to finish our final packing in order for the porters to get our duffel bags before 7 AM. We ended up leaving EBC at about 9:30 AM and very soon after the running began. We hit dense fog and rain in Deboche. It hurt to go down hill, it hurts to go up hill, it hurts to walk in the rain, it hurts to walk in the dark, it hurts! We ran hard today and made it to Kyangjuma, where we stayed the night.
