This Morning Mingmar and Kame went with Terri and me to a puja ceremony in Kathmandu. Ven Nawang Lobsanp Yeshe Gytso Rinpoche was the Lama for the ceremony. We all were blessed and the Lama prayed for our safety on the trek and climb.

Ngima, flew to Lukla yesterday. He has hired porters and yaks for the trek to Base Camp. Ngima travels on to Base Camp to set up camp for us with our two cook, Pemba Ngima and Pemba and helpers. They should reach there on Thursday (3/27). We will fly to Lukla tomorrow morning and start our trek to Base Camp.

Terri and I are currently at Peak Promotion to wrap up final arrangements. The local Inmarsat director is checking our satellite equipment for our cybercast. Our laptop is not working so we will take one of Peak Promotion laptop. They are loading all necessary software for us.
