This morning, the team headed to Khumjung. It was a short walking, but was very good for acclimatization. We stopped for David to solve a brief bouldering “problem.” This also allowed the Sherpa camera team that we had struggled to keep up with all the way up the steep hill out of Namche Bazar to show off their rock-climbing form.
Normally trekkers spend two nights in Namche but we set off for Khumjung (an increase in elevation 350 meters) after only one night knowing that Khumjung offered better photographic possibilities. We were rewarded with perfect weather. We enjoyed very much with perfect view of Mt. Ama Dablam, Lhotse, Nuptse, and Everest.
