After leaving a cold Sweden, -10’C, and one meter of snow, we arrived to a sunny Kathmandu on Saturday morning.
We were picked up by our friends from Peak Promotion. We were greeted with flowers around our necks. Everything documented by the professional photographer from Peak Promotion.

After arriving to the hotel we went for a guided tour at Durbar Square, where we were a lot of interesting sites, the World Heritage Site.

Our guide for the trekking, Tendi Sherpa, gave us a review of the coming, including equipment and practical issues.
There was time to purchase additional equipment, both at the Peak Promotion office, and at a local store.

The evening ended with nice dinner at the Kilroy’s of Kathmandu restaurant, together with Tendi Shepra, and Mahadev Sharma, partner of Peak Promotion and organizer of the adventure.
