  Dingboche altitude adaption

Cold - ? Yes we woke up in very cold rooms but our sleeping bags and blankets kept us warm and it's not easy to jump out of bed in these condistions :-)

Today we're hiking on what we in Europe would call a mountain, but in Nepal it's a hill, 5200m. It went great but over 5000 meters you are moving kind of slow not to be breathless and breathing hard for a couple of minutes. While we were climbing this hill Anna made a lower climb with Chhiri to adjust to the altitude. Around the top we were surrounded by mighty white mountains and in the distans we saw Makalau, Nuptse and Cho Oyu all three reaching over 8 000 meters.

From Dingboche and to the "hill" top and back it took  3,5 hours. The rest of the day we spent resting for tomorows trek to Lubuje 4900m, hopefully well adapted now.

We have also teached our support team the Swedish card game "plump". Sten-Göran won the first game. We will see how they will perform in the upcoming rematch :-)
