Trek to Namidingma
We woke up by a knock on the door. It was our guide Pemba bringing us nice hot tea in bed and a bowl of hot water for facewashing.

The trek to Ringmo started after breakfast, the sun was shining and the temprature was very suitable for walking. The rute went through scenic landscapes, agricultural areas and dense forrests with lots of Nepal national flowers or actual here they are more like trees: Rhododendron.

Teabreak-at-Tagsindu-La
We reached Ringmo after a three hour walk. After a heavy lunch we continued with the first real climb and to the col Tagsindu La at 3070 meters. The climb took us 45 minutes and was not too difficult. We rested by the fire in the local teahouse. Here we found the surprice of the day: A tray filled with mushrooms we call Swedish forrest gold (Kantareller).

The a one hour and fortyfive minutes descent we thought would be the easy part turned out to be the challenge of the day. At the end we ended up in Namidingma at 2150 meters.
